Happy Valley Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Happy Valley, Oregon. It neither hosts government records nor operates for a public office, court, or records custodian.
2. Lawful Use
Use this service only lawfully. You may not use it, or material accessed through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order

These terms may be updated by posting a new version here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

We may block or restrict a user who violates these terms or abuses the service, at our discretion and without notice.
11. Oregon Law
Oregon law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-records references recognize Oregon Public Records Law, ORS chapter 192, while access, exemptions, fees, and review remain with the relevant public custodian. The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act applies where its terms cover the relevant organization and circumstance; it does not transfer government-record responsibilities to this private service.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective.
